Dr. Sandip Mehta is an incredible doctor! He is highly professional, always takes the time to listen to my concerns, and never makes me feel rushed. The staff at Texas Health Adult Care are also very friendly and organized. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough primary care physician in Hurst.
Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unnecessary delays, unexpected costs, and a serious lack of follow-through. I was told my Mounjaro prior authorization had been fully submitted, only to find out from my insurance that important clinical information was missing. The insurance confirmed that this incomplete documentation resulted in my Mounjaro PA being denied, and they had to send the clinic a fax explaining what was missing. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mehta for many years, and I am convinced he is the BEST!!!! Dr. Mehta possesses all those characteristics of a great doctor. He is knowledgeable, caring, great bedside manner, and knows the value of nutrition. I know we are receiving the best medical care possible!!! I highly recommend him!!!
He’s been my doctor since 2005 and he’s very patient, kind and real. I would choose him over and over again.
Deceptive trade practices. Very clearly communicated that patient is coming in for the yearly 100% covered physical, but they continue to bill for extra and unauthorized charges.
