Bought a used ford 9 months ago and staff were really helpful and friendly. However issue cropped up recently. 2 or 3 warning lights came on including engine management. Car went into 'limp' mode. Handbook said needs to be looked at by a garage. So phoned up to book in. All details taken and then told can do in 6 weeks. So went to local garage and they sorted after waiting for a part. As I suspected electrical fault requiring new sensor. Ironic received MOT reminder in meantime. Won't bother with Sandicliffe again.
We purchased a 2014 LR Freelander 2 (from the too good to trade section) last week and how right Sandicliffe were! Jonny was the salesman dealing with the purchase assisted by Andy (manager), both of them were very easy to deal with, helpful and friendly. We are more than pleased with our new purchase even though having an issues with a faulty battery (which could happen at any time) but which was sorted out efficiently with a few emails, so we cannot recommend Sandicliffe Leicester enough and will definitely recommend them ... read more
