Brought a used car a few months ago, really happy with the car itself. Had some minor issues to start with which we were promised would be sorted. We were passed around between departments and promises were made which were never kept. Still have the same issues and nobody wants to take responsibility. The service department are really difficult to get hold of as you have to leave a message and hope for a call back, which rarely comes. Overall customer service is lacking, which appears to be a culture across the whole branch.
Rude salesman. Not interested in my business at all, if anything made me me feel like I was in the way.
