Walked in w/o appt but they gladly took me in. Sandy B was very friendly, took the time to talk about the hair style I wanted, and always made sure that I was comfortable as the hair cutting progressed. I saw her interact w/ a customer before me and she was also very professional and friendly. Very good listener. Would definitely be coming back.
