They have rodents that eat the vehicle wires on their property. The mechanic said they have to fix rodent problems on a daily basis.
Why accept appointments for service if I show up on time for the appt and I still have to wait over 2 hours been here 30 minutes and my truck moved from check in to back outside. 2 hour waiting is time of a walk in not an appointment I thought I was making the appt to avoid this mess. Not ragging the service department or workers but I’m truly asking what the point of an appt is if your still waiting over 2 hours
