I have been coming here about once a month for the past year. I had a lot of cavities because I do not like going to the dentist (or did not like going at one time). We came up with a plan to fill them all and then help me straighten up my teeth. Every experience here, I have been made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Pillows and blankets during uncomfortable procedures, friendly staff (especially Kim), and providers who genuinely listened to my concerns. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Sandia Park Family Dentistry. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff always take time to make sure I’m comfortable and explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients as people, not just appointments on a schedule. Highly recommend!
This is an amazing place with incredible staff! I mean, yeah, it's the dentist, but it is beautiful and welcoming. You don't feel like you are just another patient. They CARE! They have all the technology to meet all your dental needs. I highly recommend!!
He promised me a peetty smile. Pulled a bunch of ugly teeth that could have been saved. Then gave me a partial I could not eat with. So took it back and his answer was "I don't expect medicade anymore "
Today Im having the third procedure on a tooth that should've never had a crown. Two other dentists and an endodontist agree that this couple provides sub par-par dental work. I've been in pain for well over a week while waiting on the second phase of a root canal.... which is what the tooth needed anyway. My visits were rushed and the crown I apparently needed was a waste of money. Extreme pain is no joke, and to this company, I think it is. Dont walk away from this place.... RUN!
