Very quiet & spacious neighborhood. Lived here for a few years & haven’t had any bad experiences. Friendly neighbors, big yard & actual addresses instead of lot numbers is a plus. Angela, the park manager, is very friendly & handles any issues very quickly. (:
I've been living here for 22 years and its a pretty quite community. I also like the cool neighbors and people who work here.
The Sandia park is a very clean and frendly home Community. It is run and managed by the most knowledgeable and caring of people.
This mobile home park was sold to a conglomerate out of another state. It's an okay place to live, definitely a working-class neighborhood. High on a hill so it didn't get flooded the last time Nacogdoches had a flood.
