Do not bank with these people, have been a customer for years to be denied a loan for such an insignificant excuse from them. A couple of the tellers are really nice and a couple are not. They are totally disrespectful to their customers. Also we've paid off at least 3 vehicle loans here.
Yesterday I used the drive through teller and I just wanted to give 5 stars to the woman working, she was so kind and pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I didn’t catch her name but just wonderful customer service!
I used to think Nusenda was a really good place to bank at. I tried what was Sandia now Sunward, and Sunward is a better place to bank at. They offer more than Nusenda, and Sunward employees are far more friendly as well as more professional than Nusenda. If you need both better checking, and savings options I highly recommend Sunward. Sandia laboratory was very attentive. This new sunward company is lacking and less quality. I'm going to switch credit unions now. They don't answer the phones and sent me a card for "security" reasons but had the same card number as the one I already have and had for the last 2 years or so. You'd think it would be common sense to change the card number for security. I'm leaving this credit union asap. I'm pulling all my money out. This is a joke. Sandia was good and their business.
