Extremely disappointed by the Male manger there who has to sign off on checks. He is Extremely Unprofessional and rude! Has no idea what he is doing concerning business deposits and yet is helping train. He tried putting a hold on a business check and I tried telling him it did not need a hold and he sighed very loud as if I annoyed him. He also tried telling me I could not make a deposit since I wasn’t a signer on the account which is false. Worst CU I’ve ever dealt with, I have excellent credit and inquiried about a smaller auto loan, talked to 4 different people and every one was rude and could not have cared less about assisting me in any way in what should’ve been an extremely easy approval.

I talked to the representative and the lady that I just recently talked was very rude and unhappy to talked with. I'm going to move my account.

Do not bank with these people, have been a customer for years to be denied a loan for such an insignificant excuse from them. A couple of the tellers are really nice and a couple are not. They are totally disrespectful to their customers. Also we've paid off at least 3 vehicle loans here.
