A friend went to this place. So who ever answered the phone for my friend said bring his bike in. So he did bring it in today. Someone then yelled at him saying you see all these bikes here they are in front of you. If you can't work on someone's bike then don't tell them to bring it in and then yell at them. I'll never recommend this place.

I moved out here about a year ago and really started cycling. I went to another establishment to fix my bike the first time I had an issue and was charged double what I was quoted and got shotty work done. Since then I have taken my bike to Sandia Cycles and well let me just say the experience has been 1,000 times better! Every quote I have gotten has either been spot on or less. Had exactly what we needed, my son loves his bike and it is way better quality than the cheap bikes we’ve bought from walmart or target in years’ past.
We went to Sandia Cycles to get our 11-year-old son a good bike for his birthday. In the past, we have tried Walmart and Target bikes but it is such a waste of money because they’re made from cheap materials-the tires go flat and the frame bends or even breaks so easily. The owner of Sandia Cycles, Tres, Is very professional and knows his stuff.
