Always an issue getting hold of them, or you’ve order never was placed, or you have to return multiple times to fix the same issue. This place runs like crap! Very disappointed!!!

I made an appointment for oil change over a month ago. My appointment was at 10:00 am i got there on time, i dropped off the car. I didn't get any updates for over 2 hours so I returned back to the dealership for an update because i thought my car was almost ready. I was surprised when the advisor told me that the techs haven't even started with the oil change service on my car. I received the most pathetic and absurd explanation by the advisor he said " your appointment was at 10:00 with me not with service department " aft... read more
