My friend took his BMW into the local BMW shop, for a water leak. After the problem was diagnosed, the service advisor told him the part wouldn’t be in until Friday, so if he wanted to take the vehicle home, he could do that, and schedule to bring it back on Monday. Brought my i3 in because the car swayed on the road. Alignment and shocks...$1800+. Picked up car, still same. Called and informed. Brought back several months later. New tires and alignment...$700+. Picked up car still same swaying issue. Informed management. Brought back about a month later and they could not isolate issue but yet charged me over $2500 and did not resolve issue! So frustrating!

Zach took care of my issues as best he could. They Ubered me home and were willing to pick me up by Uber also. They send you a video with a clear and detailed explanation of the repairs and you must approve the work before they continue. It feels very professional and the quality is everywhere. Thanks guys!
