The people that work at this location are really nice and friendly. Other than that the actual credit union and their predatory fees & practices need to be investigated. If you’re thinking about opening an account here don’t waste your time.
This bank is an absolute nightmare. Don't believe these phony reviews. They don't have it together at all. Even if you try to talk to a manager, you can't lol I could list so many things wrong with his bank but I just don't have the time to go through them all. And if you happen to have a credit card or debit card with these guys, get ready to be insanely inconvenienced. It's crazy how bad they are. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Trust me.
I love my SAFCU Bank!! So helpful anytime I have gone and they are close and convenient and love the upgrade!
