Your recent remodel has left your tellers much less safe. Concerned. The overweight guard-on-duty is only theatre. Please make adjustments to provide more safety for the people you employ. The service was great! Always is! Concerned for the ladies and gentlemen who handle a limited resource (cash).
Great rates , friendly and helpful staff
I opened several cds, checking, savings, money market, etc accts a few years ago and was fortunate to meet Bailey. She has continued to work for Sandia for several years, which is a breath of fresh air. Usually you start dealing with someone and they leave before long. I always make the appointment with her, when I need assistance with my accts. She gives Sandia Fed. Credit Union a very good name and reputation. I recommend Sandia and their awesome staff to anyone!
I had a simple deposit which was handled in a professional manner while conducting herself in a friendly manner.
Honestly the worst bank, charges over draft fees per individual charge, holds checks over a week for a deposit, worst customer service I’ve ever had. Honestly you’re better off banking even at Wells Fargo . I’ve banked with them over 10 years and I’m so done with the inconvenience.
