I've had numerous experiences with other Realtors. Most of them all do the same thing when listing a property... place the home in the MLS, a sign in the yard, a lockbox and hope another Realtor brings a buyer. Sandi is rare in that she understands marketing, how to prepare a home to get top dollar, contractor suggestions, and comparative market analysis, etc. She brought me an offer above the list price and monitored the whole process through closing. Sandi was instrumental in the preparation, negotiation and sale of my duplex in the Northern Kentucky area.
