I placed a large order and called to ask if it was possible to exchange the size. The representative on the phone firmly said "no" and stated that if I wanted an exchange, I would need to sort through the cabinet myself. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, it seems like none of the employees there care about their customers.
