Called in about some documents I received but went to vm.
Had a wonderful experience with Lucinda. Our homeowners policy was listed under my husband’s name and his late mother’s name. We changed company’s and were issued a refund. However the checks were made out in his late mother’s name. Lucinda was able to get the checks reissued in my husband’s name. Can’t thank her enough for getting a quick resolution to this matter 🤗
