"I want to preface this review by stating that I am not someone who complains about medical professionals; I have always maintained excellent, respectful relationships with my physicians. The front desk staff here has always been polite, but this review is a warning so the public knows exactly what type of physician they are dealing with. Dr. Nemade has been the worst PCP doctor I have ever had. After several visits to ER for the same medical issue she has provided me with wrong information that resulted in addition out of pocket unnecessary expenses it cost me. She never returns your phone calls nor does her assistant. I'm 66 years old with a chronic auto immune problem. I've asked for certain blood testing , which she has refused to provide to rule out a certain condition that could be causing my life threatening problem.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Namade. First of all I was thrilled to get an appointment so quickly! Her assistant, Ken, was very kind and funny. He lightened up a stressful situation. Dr. Namade was compassionate and listened to my concerns. She even called me right after the appointment to make sure I had remembered one of her recommendations about a prescription I was on. Her staff was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend her for your medical care.
I would steer clear of this Doctor. She is very insensitive and cold. The staff and nurse were very warm and welcoming but she just made me uncomfortable. She asked if I had ever been skinnier than I was and when I said yes but I was only eating 1 regular meal a day she told me that it was okay and would be okay if I did that again.
