Well best value for money motel I've stayed in for years this place is looked after by the owners as thier love and joy not just a motel it was the cleanest place I've stayed in that I can remember it was spotless great greeting at reception well located would highly recommend this place for a stay over if you in the area
Property manager is very nice. Always helpful and welcomes guests with a fresh orange juice. Recommend motel.
My Wife & I couldn't speak more highly of Gurpit Singh,at The Sandhurst Motor Inn.Nothing was too much trouble.We had a problem,with The Kettle,not working properly.He promptly replaced it. The Room we had was quite adequate & the location is convenient to Lansell Square Shopping Centre & other amenities. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Sandhurst Motor Inn as your choice of Accommodation,when you visit Bendigo.
I stayed overnight in Room 11 at this motel and woke the following morning with multiple bites, later confirmed to be consistent with bed bugs. This resulted in a severe allergic reaction requiring medical attention. When I raised the issue with management, my concerns were dismissed, and responsibility was denied on the basis that they had “never had issues” with bed bugs—despite prior customer reviews indicating otherwise. My partner and I stayed here on 14/03/26. We were extremely happy with our entire stay. The room was basic, but very clean, tidy and all necessities provided. (Comfy bed too) Best of all was the service provided by the hotel manager Gurmit, he allowed early check-in when requested with a small extra fee. He was very welcoming and kind, he also provided us with transport to and from an event to allow us safe travel whilst having a few drinks. Would definitely recommend and come back.
