Booked in for RWC; car somehow passed with crunching/grinding noise underneath. I took it back and was told it was the left CV shaft and so booked to have it repaired, however, the car is still making the same noise after having it fixed with no mention of any other probable causes or of it still persisting... Also asked to have my oil pressure diagnosed, was just informed it’s not worth the costs and to buy a new car rather than the actual issue itself. Not a great experience/stress since.
Got quoted $1400 for a RWC item. Went somewhere else and they charged $165 for the same thing.
I'm a return customer, always happy with the service and repairs.
I can't recommend Julian and the team enough. Julian is an honest mechanic and will tell you what is what, with no cut corners. Great atmosphere and attitude from everyone there. Looking for a mechanic? He's your man.
