Been living in area over 4+years Never had a problem clean and safe as fare as I'm concerned mvd frm NY to Charlotte area and staff knws my name and always greats me w a well Welcome apartment clean and if a problem I can contact staff and issues are fixed. Near uptown and easy commute bck and forth to wrk
Property manager isn't professional. There are apartments that have rodents as well as bad water damage. The office staff is never on the property. Place should be torn down and attempt to start over with new investors.
Terrible Area, Drug Environment, High Crime Rate, Non Supportive Staff, Home Got Broken Into Twice In Less Then 30 Days Of Moving In And When Staff Was Informed They Werent Even Shocked As If The Encounters Were Normal To Them. Felt Unsafe And I Had To Move Out In Less Than 90 Days, Unfortunately I Was Promised My Security Deposit Back In Full And 30 Days Later When I Call Noone Answers And When I Come By The Office Noones In The Office. This Is Unfair Circumstances Due To Me Moving To This Part Of Town From New York !
