Yes, I would recommend Sandhollow Homes, LLC to a friend. Our house was built 2025-26. During the pre-construction phase we found Adam to be very helpful and responsive to modest changes to an existing floorplan. It was great to talk directly with the decision-maker. The pricing was transparent. The allowances for standard materials (flooring, cabinets and electric fixtures) were generous but was slightly exceeded in our build. We built our house in 2025 and it’s just about perfect! It’s super easy to work with Adam and Tyler. We made quite a few revisions to the original design and Adam adapted everything perfectly. The build process was flawless and the house was completed on time. I recommend Sandhollow over any other builder in Kennewick.
This was our first new construction home we have purchased. Sandhollow Homes made it an incredible experience, they responded to our changes and listened when we had concerns. After taking possession of home they have responded quickly to any repairs that have been needed. Shout out to Tyler, he helped make this a great choice in home builders.
I've owned my Sandhollow home for 4 years now, not one issue with workmanship or materials. Buy a new or resale Sandhollow home and you will be very happy the value for the money.
