Nicest people. Took their time to speak to us and issue tests and med for my husband. We were sent there by the va. Clean and pleasant waiting area.
This place is absolutely terrible. Let’s start this off with something nice - the front desk lady & the lady that takes your blood are both very nice people & made my visit bearable I would say. But to really get into it, this is a place people would go to die. & I am pretty sure they are doing some kind of insurance fraud. She never formally introduced herself. When I asked, she said Debra, like I was bothering her. She’s very rude. When I told her about my medical problems. She said, “Well what do you want me to do about it?!” She looks at you like you’re stupid, and snaps at you for asking a question that she must think doesn’t make sense…Needless to say, I won’t be going back. I plan on filing a complaint, because her attitude is very unprofessional.
The facility is nice and the staff is friendly, and they always answer the phone whenever I need to contact them. I don’t have any complaints tbh
Receptionist at the front desk was rude both over the phone and in person. Very condescending and will look at you like you are an idiot for asking basic questions. As a parent with autistic children, it's the last place I'd want to bring them to for care. If I could leave 0-Stars, I would. The 1-Star review is required to leave a review and that's the only reason.
