The receptionist were very rude and lacked customer service skills. The wait time of over an hour is not something to tolerate when told there are only 2 rooms and 7 people that came after us were seen. No empathy nor apology was given just a rude environment over all..
Prompt and courteous care and consideration are always given in addition to treatment needed.
I felt like I was rushed through with no real help. My wife went for depression and she got a pap smear??
