I was told they take walk ins because someone I know has came in as a walk in and when I call they are definitely hesitant about it .
Whenever I go to this clinic I end up waiting over an hour even with having appointment. I could have gone to an instant care in Odessa and been seen in the same amount of time. Also I’ve had frustrations with treatments given because they haven’t always helped. My most recent visit my appointment was at 8:45. I got there early and paid for my appointment at 8:40.
