Nunca había tenido una experiencia tan mala con un body shop de Toyota. Desde el principio todo fue falta de profesionalismo, mala comunicación y promesas incumplidas. Me dijeron que la camioneta estaría lista en 3 días y terminaron demorándose casi 10 días sin dar explicaciones claras ni actualizaciones serias. Cada vez que llamaba era una excusa diferente.
