When i first started going here I was seeing Dr.Gainey. Majority of the staff ive seen for substance abuse and primary care have been really nice, however I dont think some of the providers understand how withdrawal works and the toll it puts on the person going through it. I began seeing another provider for my substance abuse and primary care. Last month I got the 100mg suboclade shot and I could feel it wearing off these past few days. One of the worst Drs offices I've ever been to. They change your appointment without notice. They take on more clients than they can handle which leaves less attention per client. It's like pulling nails to get your prescription sent to the pharmacy. I was getting one month prescriptions every month, and then without rhyme or reason, was sent a one week prescription, as if I was a new patient starting over. Place has been great to me Dr Rosette is probably one of the most thoughtful and considerate and just most brilliant MD's I've ever seen in my life and I've been through a bunch of them most of them make me feel like I'm talking to a brick wall when I speak with her and try to convey my problems just like she totally gets me and I feel like she's not like staring at the clock the whole time trying to get rid of me and in a hurry and she really has worked with me and I appreciate her so much in the whole team there is just aw... read more
