Great practice but it always takes 2 weeks to be able to book a session. This never helps me as I need to see drs immediately due to medical conditions, not something that can wait.
It is hard to replace Dr Gryg as she was caring and compassionate and would always listen. Dr Ng is always fully booked and only working 2 days now. I will be on the lookout for a new female GP.
Great friendly communication
I couldn't get in to see my usual GP today, but by pure chance there was a cancellation with Dr Megan Morrissey at the time that I called. There was the initial hesitation about seeing a new doctor that does not know you, but I should not have been worried She was thorough, compassionate and quick to understand my concerns regarding my issue at the time, and my past medical history. The only problem now is that I have two favourite doctors at Sandgate Doctors!
Dr Michelle Ng is so professional thorough and kind. Sandgate Doctors are thriving in their new premises!
