I've just come out of a 90-minute session, and I'm profoundly impressed by the setup and the experience. The fit-out of this place is top quality, and the sauna is very high quality. The plunge pools are deep, but what impressed me the most was the cold water plunge experience. I've never done it before, and I can already tell I will be back for more. Thanks for the session. Great price!
