Just moved to the area called to make an appointment and was told they aren't taking any new patients. All the other doctors in the area are booked for over a week. Not mad just confused on how I'm ment to see a doctor when I need to?

I was very disappointed with Susie who was very rude to me on the phone today. I had been sick with covid and hadn’t realised my prescription for warfarin had just run out. After explaining all this to Susie and that I needed the warfarin that day to make up the correct dosage, she told me that Dr Marsden wasn’t available til Wednesday.
