Fast, professional service with reasonable prices.
I needed their service to fix my camping fridge. When dropping it off I was asked to wait 15 minutes as the team was finishing a 'meeting'. More than 20 minutes later they were ready to help me. All they asked for were my details. Instead of telling me to wait until the meeting is finished, they could have just asked for my phone number and email and let me get on with my day.
