Don’t order online. I never received an email from them indicating when my food would be ready. After waiting in line, I asked them about my online order. They had never even checked the ChowNow app for my order. Then they told me they don’t have sliced brisket. They were also out of ribs, chicken and collards. Took 45 minutes from placing my order online until food was ready. Food is good but poorly run
