Big fail. $2k spent, still failed pink slip. Told to go elsewhere. No resolution. No accountability.
Terrible service, inflated prices, and dangerously poor workmanship. Staff were condescending when I raised concerns about defects appearing just months after servicing. Avoid – dishonest and unsafe. Edit: I did call twice to try and resolve this. The workshop literally told me to go elsewhere to fix the issues and would take no responsibility. Literally > $2k service and I had to go elsewhere and spend more money to pass a pink slip! You know who I am, if you care don't make me chase you again.

Dealt with Aldo today from parts, have dealt with these guys multiple times and never disappointed but Aldo is a hidden gem there, good humour, very knowledgeable, always super friendly, honestly A+++ service by the team, all very trustworthy!
