very poor services department I bought car from there 2022 warranty until 2027 today I went there checking car charge me 240 AUD LABOR WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR NOT MONEY ISSUES IS NEVER FEEL I AM CUSTOMER. RUBBISH SHOP 100%. DO. NOT GO THERE WARRANTY IS SECURE CAR SAFE ON RD NOT ONLY ASK PP PAY EXTRA LABOR. REALLY DISAPPOINTED NOT PROFESSIONAL STAFF EVEN THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH PP. I recently visited Mercedes Benz with genuine interest in purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager, Sam, was disappointing. As soon as it became clear that I wasn’t going to make a purchase on the same day, his attitude noticeably shifted. I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the exceptional service provided by Simon Haworth and his team. We recently experienced a loss of air conditioning during a drive down from the Gold Coast in 40-degree heat and a 4 day heat wave in coming up in NSW and a drive back to the Gold coast.
