very poor services department I bought car from there 2022 warranty until 2027 today I went there checking car charge me 240 AUD LABOR WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR NOT MONEY ISSUES IS NEVER FEEL I AM CUSTOMER. RUBBISH SHOP 100%. DO. NOT GO THERE WARRANTY IS SECURE CAR SAFE ON RD NOT ONLY ASK PP PAY EXTRA LABOR. REALLY DISAPPOINTED NOT PROFESSIONAL STAFF EVEN THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH PP. I recently visited Mercedes Benz with genuine interest in purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager, Sam, was disappointing. As soon as it became clear that I wasn’t going to make a purchase on the same day, his attitude noticeably shifted. I walked all three floors of the showroom, the only customer in the showroom was me, all sales people at their desks and not ONE person asked me if I needed help. Ladies, don’t waste your time here!
