Overall the loading was in the inefficient. My loader was Jeremy as soon as I asked a question about my load. . First thing is responsible instead of answering my question. You can just refuse to load. So I had to talk calm like a child to a grown man who was loading me, and try to have him see what I'm saying as the driver. Loading pipe, they loaded me to 13' 8" and when I measured it and said hey don't want to get a DOT over height violation they said they would get the logistics manager. they let me sit for over an hour to punish me for speaking out. Then came out and measured it and said it's only a little over height. I said could you please make it legal. he said no you haul it like this no we cancel your load.
