I used the quick lane to get “The works” on my F150. Employees were very friendly, nice waiting room and quick service. Definitely will go again!
Too busy chatting among themselves to even acknowledge me. No customers to be seen. I'm a huge fan of Sanderson normally. I suppose I always go to the the Glendale location. I thought the service would be the same, I was wrong. How hard would a smile be or a wave be? I've never been to this location and maybe wasn't in the right place. I thought the quicklane was the right place for an oil change. Maybe I needed to wait longer? I finally gave up walked back to the truck and left.
I am fully satisfied with their customer service. The dealer, whose name is fiston, was so kind, great manner for me. Also, through this experience, I could keep in mind a good brand image for Sanderson Lincoln. I fully recommend.
