Fast unloading great service
Arrived at 2230 for a 2300 appointment. Was in the door after midnight. Loading completed 0155. Now, just waiting on paperwork which is taking forever. Parking is ok if you can find a spot. They load you then send you back to park while you wait on the paperwork. Overall, not bad. Not great either. One way in and out. Two trucks cannot pass at the same time. The paperwork wait is my problem. How long does it take to print paperwork? Ridiculous. The load is due in 24 hours as I sit and wait for paperwork. The distance is over... read more
Always friendly
I was told the load will be ready between 5 and 10 pm. Called in the day of the PU and told "It will be later tonight". Even knowing this still ended up not getting loaded till 4 am. Screwing all my plans for the next day! It just doesn't worth it!
