Used this company to assist me with a claim against a finance company for a car I had 6 years ago. Received the final response from the finance company that stated they will write off my outstanding debt as my form of compensation. So I did not receive any actual cash from the claim but Sanderson Drake are STILL demanding their 36% fee, I am now in a worse off situation than I was before the claim begun. Save yourself the headache and find a template online to do the claims yourself for free.
The constant bullying emails adding charges on and threatening court is ridiculous... if I was actually given time to sort payment I would have done but the more it keeps getting put up the harder it is for me to pay the full invoice... genuinely feel herrased by them
Pretty shocking company, got me a £50 refund from a payday loan and because I didn't pay them the £19.44 straight away as I hadn't actually recieved the money they tried tagging £120 fees on and threatening me with court action. I would avoid this company and go with one of the many others.
