I have an old complicated system, 12 zones with two hook ups. I still have an old analog clock system but it still works. They have always been accommodating. Cassandra came out today to do the final blowout. She was on time, very competent, and easy to work with. Thanks Cassandra!
Dealing with Sanderson DeHaan Irrigation has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend their services to my worst enemy. They charged us more than double what it should have cost to install our irrigation system. I regret not doing my research and getting other quotes beforehand, but since they were referred by our builder, we went with them. Rich, Marcus and the entire installation crew were amazing! They got us scheduled sooner than estimated, completed the work on time and were very responsive, respectful and professional. S&D are all great people to work with. I had a wireless module installed and forgot how to work it. Marcus showed up at our place on Saturday and got us all taken care of (and this was user error on my part). They start up and winterize us every year and are always on top of it, courteous and professional.
