1 Star only because I had to give one. Sanderson and Dehann will never be on my property again.Horrible. The customer service side even worse. You schedule appointments two weeks in advance they call anytime they want say they have to show up. They did my system. I wasn’t even home. I scheduled an appointment. They don’t care. My neighbors had sprinkler heads on their property. I can go on and on please listen.

Gabrielle, the service technician from Sanderson and Dan, did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the issues with my sprinkler system. He was a great communicator and even called to let me know he was running behind schedule. When he arrived, he took the time to thoroughly address all of the problems rather than rushing through the service call. I was also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the service was.

It pains me to leave a negative review because I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. However, I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that the company will address some ongoing service issues. Over the past three years, I have encountered the same problem repeatedly. I wait for my appointment, a seasonal employee is sent out who is unable to resolve the issue, and I then have to schedule a second appointment and wait again. Gabriel was the tech that came out and he was absolutely fantastic. Very kind, patient with my questions and unbelievably thorough with his knowledge and explanation of the system. Seriously, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vendor/contractor. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

Terrible experience with zero accountability. I called Sanderson to replace two sprinkler heads for me. They had a tech come out to perform the work. He proceeded to shut off the main water service to the property, cutting water off to my house. When the work was complete and came to the door for payment my wife had alerted him that there was still no water to the house, to which he replied "well, everything is on, it just needs to build pressure".
