We loved this hike so much we did it twice during our vacation week. We followed the 4.4 mile loop trail that is outlined in AllTrails and also on the blog "Early Bird on the Trail" and went clockwise as others noted. It is steep and rigorous at the start and end, and took us close to 3 hours including breaks. We hope to go back in the spring when the brook and falls should have more water flowing. The parking lot features a clean port-a-potty, which is a nice bonus.
This trail was more challenging than I anticipated. The waterfall was beautiful and the view was great. This trail was buggy and steep. It seemed to go up and up and up!!! It was a fun and challenging way to spend a morning
