We were having issues with water leaking from one unit to the unit below and Shannon came in and did his magic. He found the issue and fixed the leak. Thanks Shannon for being so determined to find the leak.
Basement had flooded during rain from sump pump failure. Found out did not have hot water. Checked water heater and found the flashing light on the water heater was not flashing. Called Sanders Plumbing explained issue to Ronnie. Advised he could come by in the afternoon and get us back going. He kept in touched and he advised when would be there.
