Customer service wasn't really good. The conversation was less than 5 minutes. Representative was not very helpful.
Waste of time! Went in and talked to an agent over a month ago, have not heard one word from him. Nothing! Not even, sorry but I can't work with you or an update on the plans. I went in knowing what I wanted and where I wanted to go, all they had to do was put it together for me. So unsatisfied with this travel agency. I am going to have to plan on my own! Wanted to have the best vacation for my daughter's 15th birthday.
