A+++++ Service. Even 4 years after install they are there to help and troubleshoot the equipment. I own a business and when the system malfunctioned this morning, I called them and Alan answered immediately. Not only did he walk me through disabling it, he came within an hour to fix it and get it back up and running. At no charge! Fantastic company and customer service. I recently purchased a new home and had a security system installed, Sanders provided excellent customer service and a very reasonable price. Mr. Alan Mistrot did the installation and was very friendly, he took time to answer all of my questions and has even followed up to ensure everything has been working properly. I highly recommend this company if you are in search of a security system!
Called to compare home security prices. After I mentioned a much lower competitor’s price, which Sanders can not match, I said thank you for your time. His response was “Thank you for wasting my time…”
