Sanders & Smith is a great law office! Janney Sanders is fantastic! He is one of the nicest men I have ever known. He is from Toccoa which makes him stand out because he knows everyone and everything about Toccoa. The staff is great and the receptionist (Peggy) is so very pleasant. I highly recommend them!

They did a closing for me in 2015, but I will not have them do my next closing. Unfriendly and not supportive of people in the community who give them good business. Par for this town.
