I've always been treated with much respect by Sanders...has always been very accomodating and flexible. I don't write these reviews much, but Mr. Sanders has helped me so many times that I thought I should write something out of appreciation.
Great service, have used them for years!
I have never written a review on a business before. Most of the time I feel that whatever the issue is, it can be resolved. However, the man I spoke with from Sanders Propane in Glen Rose was unnecessarily rude. There was no reason for him to speak to me with such disgust and definitely no reason for him to hang up on me. When you call for a service you expect to either receive it or at minimum have an explanation for delays and have a new time set.
