I called today looking to schedule a consultation but the gal on the other end of the phone told me "that isn't how it works" so I asked to please tell me how the process went... to which she hung up on me. I tried to call back twice and she picked up and hung up the line without saying anything . 0/10 For class and professionalism.
My husband and I were referred to this firm by Nick Bender and Jake Hinks weeks ago. We immediately have reached out multiple times through website contact form and multiple phone calls. Voicemails have been left with Steven and Xena. Nobody has ever emailed or returned our calls! We were told it’s unusual to not hear back this long and are totally embarrassed and stumped this reference hasn’t risen to the occasion.
