The Drs are kind and professional. They have good manners. The staff is rude and condescending. I've often felt uncomfortable dealing with them. I have a VERY PAINFUL disease that needs a dermatologist and the staff treat me like I'm just a bother. They aren't helpful at all. I'm quite certain they possess ZERO sympathy.
