I called all over town searching for a plumber. No one would answer my call and if they did they never returned them I have 2 children under the age of 5. James returned my call the same day! He came out the very next morning after we had spoke. He was informative on preventive measure's for future problems and he was very polite. When he had given the bill to me I was very happy with the price he charged! Great work for a fair charge! He worked hard and got everything done within an hour and a half. I called Jim Sanders this morning after the plumber I called yesterday failed to call or show up as promised. Jim came right out early afternoon and cleaned the roots out of my mainline to the alley in short order. He’s a very nice guy and does great work quickly. I’ll definitely call him first for any future needs.
