very poor had specifically requested a Watts brass compression fitting A-29 PBP969 #17000029 and emphasized that this model was critical. Sanders Industrial Supply of Nashville said they could get the part a-29 and issued me a quote. I excepted the quote, but to my surprise when the fiitings arrive they were not a Watts fitting A-29. They took the liberty to order from another manufacture without disclosing that information to me. The fitting can not be used for our application.
