Matt was incredible!! He fixed up my house, which I'm selling in Hiram. The work Matt did included painting the entire house, installing carpet, doing patchwork and drywall, fixing electrical and doing plumbing. He was VERY reasonable in his pricing and the work came out great as you can see. He was also super kind, trustworthy and transparent throughout the renovation process. My experience has been very positive. I 100% recommend him and would definitely hire him again.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sanders Construction. After paying over $12,000 for services that were never completed, I discovered that he is unlicensed and operating illegally. Communication was virtually nonexistent; he became increasingly unresponsive, and his answers were vague and evasive whenever I reached out. His shady practices and outright theft have forced me to pursue legal action. I strongly advise anyone considering this contractor to think twice and avoid him at all costs!
Called initially to get a quote. Was quoted and all was well. On the day of the project, he was a no-show. I called to check on things, but to no avail. I texted and no response. Days later he texted me back about car problems and he would reschedule. I asked for a call back and still didn’t get one. I cannot speak on his work. It may be second to none, but as far as professionalism, I’m not impressed. I give one star because that’s the lowest option available. Hire at your own risk.
Great skilled and professional people. They paid attention to details and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend!
