I brought my vehicle in with the known issue and asked for the part/concern to be replaced (support bearing), which cost no more than $100. I was quoted nearly $2000 for the repair to replace the entire drive shaft. I ended up paying $140 just to replace two TMPS and “troubleshooting” the issue. I ended up doing it myself and saved over $1800. I have spent over $ 3,000 on repairs at this auto shop in the last three years for all my vehicles. They have lost my business.

Brought my truck in a month ago because the ac went out again after they fixed it the last time. Didn’t call, text, or email anyone with an update until we called and quoted us $1000 dollars and that’s with the parts company warranting the parts and half the labor. I just don’t have that so I opted to do it myself. I’m no professional but I’ve done stuff like this before with my Altima.
