Very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable mechanics. Customer service is second to none.
Customer service couldn’t be any worst. No sense of urgency. Took them an entire week just to run diagnostics and still no answer. Never called me once to update me, had to call them every time I needed an update on which I wasn’t treated one bit like a customer looking to spend money for their services. One word answers, more questions than answers each time. Told me I can just come pick my car up because obviously paying them to find an issue with my engine was clearly a major inconvenience.
