Just purchased a motorcycle out of state and tried to get it inspected to register in NC. The inspector knew it wouldn’t pass inspection and still ran it in the system. Do not trust

From check in to picking up my vehicle every member of the staff was professional, polite, and respectful. I was given a detailed explanation of what repairs were completed and what to watch out for in the future. I felt my questions were answered in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I look forward to returning for future vehicle maintenance. Please keep up the great work!
Told them I was having a hard time turning the wheel. I knew about a leak in the power steering but knew that wasn't the cause, and asked them to see if the pump needed replacement. They proceeded to charge me $80 for a diagnostic just to replace the leaking line, without actually fixing the problem. They then wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee to diagnose the actual steering problem I came in for. In total spend $500 to not even fix the problem.
