This shop really has horrible communion. they took 5 days to replace an oil pan which is in general an 8-10 hour job at most, they said they had issues getting the parts but didn’t tell me that, charged me 300$ for an oil pan and I know they don’t cost that much. did not give me a quote, and had constant unprofessional miscommunication, for example I paid for a state inspection, and it was literally never done. I brought a 2020 Subaru in for a coolant leak. In the past month we had put over a gallon of coolant in the system. The oil level had increased by a pint since the last oil change. Everything was explained to the front desk. I told them I had added more coolant . Let me reiterate I did not take the car to another garage but an oil change place ( not a full service garage) and they said the oil looks milky.
