Horrible and frustrating experience with the servicing/body shop. Came in to make a reservation for a drop off about a month ago and was told to drop it off today. Ford told me that Enterprise would come pick me up and get me in my rental that Ford would schedule for me through the other parties insurance. Get to Enterprise and they said Ford never called. Joe said he called, the manager said they never make reservations, a whole lot of mismanagement over at Ford. Now I’m stuck out of a car and am waiting to do it on my own.... read more

Every time they repair our vehicle we have to bring it back because they repair it wrong. Then they charge to refit it. Once they charged me for a recall and I had to contact corporate to get my refund. Nice people but not quality work.
