Always friendly and great customer service each time we've been. Randy is usually who we see and he always takes good care of us.
Update: Joe reached out and asked me to bring my truck in so we could go over everything that was misaligned. After reviewing the issues, he assured me he would make it right. I left the truck with him, and two days later he called to let me know it was finished. When I picked it up, everything had been taken care of exactly as promised. My truck was recently in for warranty work to realign part of the grille. It’s a little better now, but still not quite right, and another section is also misaligned. I mentioned to the gentleman that I hoped the piece wouldn’t get scratched given how it was positioned — unfortunately, it is scratched, and nothing was done about it. I’m just a bit frustrated since it’s a brand-new truck.
Amazing service and quality work….I have had my car worked on twice here and both times they have done amazing work. Joe went above and beyond and communicated with me the entire process.
